Good service and excellent product. Price was prohibitive.

I met with Lisa this morning and received a complete hearing exam and followup detailed explanation of exam’s meaning. I was really impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I am strongly considering purchasing from her knowing she will support all my hearing aid needs. I know the product is quality but she will be the reason I purchase the product. I know she will tweak whatever devise issues that may arise.

The lady that waited on me seemed VERY knowledgeable about her job, the hearing test. She tried everything to find hearing aids I can get, since I don’t qualify for credit. She did not judge me one bit. We found out we have the same birthday 1 year apart. It was awesome.

Lisa, with Advanced Hearing Solutions, was kind and took me through each step of the way in the process with patience and education. I appreciated her explanations and friendly communication. The process was simple and quick. I also left surprised that my hearing is way better than originally thought. Lisa also explained my results well. Thank you for a positive experience.
